PRE-CONDITIONING

Legion Training begins with a 14 day Pre-Conditioning Phase. This period gets you use to the training with Tyrone’s time sensitive and carefully structured weight sessions as well as getting you use to eating the types of foods and meal frequencies required under the Legion Training Approach.

11 WEEK
TRANSFORMATION

Once Pre-Conditioning is completed, it’s into the full transformation focused program. For 11 weeks your Legion Training sessions will be delivered to your ‘Account” page every day you’re scheduled to train, and meal plans updated as you progress.

POST 11 WEEKS – ENTER THE LEGION ARENA

The Legion program is designed to effectively be performed over and over again, back to back and each time produce impressive results building on from the previous, as well as being able to perform the 11-week cycle again. You will enter the legion Arena
